What We Build

Software built for how the equipment industry actually works.

Six core capability areas, one embedded team - pricing and sales tools, systems integration, custom applications, data visualisation, ongoing support and AI. All grounded in three decades inside equipment data, not a generic delivery playbook.

Six Capabilities, One Team

We don't hand a project off between specialists.

Every engagement is delivered by the same embedded team.

From first integration through years of production support, you work with the same people - not a sales engineer, then a delivery manager, then a rotating cast of contractors. That continuity is what lets us move fast without losing what we learned about your business in month one.

The six areas below aren't six separate practices. They're six things the same team already does for equipment manufacturers and dealer networks, because pricing, reporting, integration and support are rarely separate problems in practice - they're the same system viewed from different angles.

  • 01

    Pricing & Sales Tools
Real-time pricing engines, competitive evaluation and win/loss analytics built for dealer networks.

  • 02

    Systems Integration
Connecting and exposing data trapped in legacy ERP and mainframe systems.

  • 03

    Custom Web Applications
Configurators, shipping calculators and forecasting tools designed around your workflow.

  • 04

    Data Visualisation & Reporting
Dashboards that turn operational data into decisions your team can act on.

  • 05

    Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Dedicated support for the life of the system, not a fixed-term contract.

  • 06

    AI Integration
AI-driven tools built into existing workflows, not bolted on as a demo.

Why Six, Not Sixty

We turned down being a generalist agency on purpose.

Plenty of software vendors will build you anything - a mobile app this quarter, a chatbot next quarter, whatever's being pitched. We don't. Every engagement we take on falls inside these six areas, because that's the scope our domain knowledge actually covers well. If what you need falls outside it, we'll tell you that directly rather than take the work anyway and learn on your budget.

In Detail

What each capability actually looks like.

No two engagements are identical, but here's the kind of work each capability area covers in practice.

Pricing & Sales

Pricing & Sales Tools

Pricing optimisation engines that help dealer networks quote competitively in real time, plus the win/loss analytics that show sales leadership why a deal was won or lost. Built around how your pricing actually gets set - regional variance, discount structures and all - not a generic quoting template.

In practice: cut the time it takes a regional pricing team to publish an updated rate card from days to hours, with full audit history on every change.

Integration

Systems Integration

Most of the value in an equipment manufacturer's business already lives somewhere - an ERP, a mainframe, a dealer portal nobody's touched in years. We connect and expose that data without a rip-and-replace project, so it can finally be used by the tools your teams use today.

In practice: sat a modern API layer in front of a decades-old mainframe so newer web and mobile tools could read and write live commercial data without touching the mainframe itself.

Applications

Custom Web Applications

Purpose-built tools - configurators, shipping calculators, forecasting tools, trade-in assessment tools - designed around a specific workflow rather than adapted from off-the-shelf software that almost fits.

In practice: replaced a spreadsheet-based trade-in valuation process, used by dealers in the field, with a purpose-built tool that works offline and syncs when reconnected.

Visualisation

Data Visualisation & Reporting

Dealer sales-reporting systems that turn scattered, regional data into a single source of truth, and dashboards built for the decisions your team actually needs to make, not a generic BI template.

In practice: consolidated monthly, region-by-region dealer submissions - previously reconciled by hand - into a single dashboard refreshed automatically as new data arrives.

Support

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Responsive, dedicated support for the life of the system. Our longest-running partnership is 15+ years old and still active - we don't fold or pass the buck when things get hard, and we don't disappear after go-live.

In practice: the same engineers who built a client's pricing platform in its first year are still the ones who support it now - no re-onboarding a new vendor team.

AI

AI Integration

AI-driven tools built into existing workflows - faster search, smarter forecasting, automated data entry - designed to make your team more productive without introducing a black box nobody can explain to an auditor.

In practice: added AI-assisted validation to a dealer data-intake pipeline, flagging likely-incorrect submissions before they reach a human reviewer instead of after.

In Practice

What a global pricing platform looks like.

Pricing & Sales Tools rarely means a single price list - at OEM scale it means a searchable catalogue, discount rules and a controlled workflow for rolling changes out safely. Here's FleetPrice, our illustrative example of that kind of platform.

In Practice

What a dealer data-validation console looks like.

Data Visualisation & Reporting starts upstream of the dashboard - with clean data. Here's DealerSync, our illustrative example of an intake and correction tool, built to catch bad data before it reaches reporting.

These six capabilities are delivered a specific way - embedded, iterative, and built for the long term. That's the whole subject of the next page.
