Spec Check Europe Ltd (Spec Check) knows that you care about how your Personal Data is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your Personal Data when you access the www.speccheck.com website and domain name, mobile applications, and any other linked pages, features, content, or application services offered from time to time by Spec Check in connection therewith (collectively, the "Service"), or otherwise interact with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Spec Check does not own or control, or to individuals that Spec Check does not employ or manage. “Personal Data” means any data related to an identified or identifiable individual. What Personal Data Does Spec Check Collect?

  • User information, such as the name, username, password, email address, settings and any other information you provide in connection with your user account.
  • Emails and messages, including monthly newsletters, and support contact. This information consists of the emails we send to individuals, and the messages that users may send to one another.

In addition to the above, we may automatically collect the following types of information:

Does Spec Check Collect Children’s Data?

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Data from children under 16 years of age, and no part of the Service is directed to children under the age of 16.
